We want you and your pet to be happy with every order.

Changed your mind?

You can return unopened, unused items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. Returns must be brought back to our shop at 44 Rugby Road, Cubbington, during opening hours — we're unable to accept returns sent by post. If you'd like to check before you come in, call us on 01926 778188 or email info@petsnplants.co.uk.

Opened food, treats and frozen raw food

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we can't take back food or treats once opened, or frozen raw food once delivered. If your pet won't eat it, give us a call — we'll always try to help.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

Contact us as soon as you can, with a photo if possible, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. For frozen food, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving the return.
