DESCRIPTION

Science Selective Junior Guinea Pig is the same trusted nugget format as the adult version, reformulated to meet the higher nutritional demands of young, growing guinea pigs. Growing guinea pigs need more protein and energy than adults, and this formula is calibrated accordingly. Added vitamin C is included from the outset — a non-negotiable for guinea pigs at every life stage.

Transitioning to the adult formula at around 16 weeks is recommended once growth begins to level off. The single-nugget format prevents selective feeding from day one, establishing good dietary habits early.

FEEDING GUIDE

Offer approximately 20–25g per day alongside unlimited hay and fresh greens. Fresh water always available. Transition gradually to adult formula at around 16 weeks.
