DESCRIPTION

A natural coconut shell half-filled with Suet To Go's high-energy suet blend, ready to hang straight in your garden without a feeder. The rough texture of the coconut shell provides a perfect grip for clinging birds, and the shell itself is completely natural and biodegradable. Blue tits and great tits are particularly fond of this type of feeder, and long-tailed tits are often seen clinging upside-down to access the suet.

Once the suet is finished, the empty shell can be refilled with fresh fat, lard or suet, or left as a natural nesting material.

FEEDING TIP: Hang from a branch, pergola or purpose-made feeder hook. Position away from direct sunlight in summer to prevent the fat melting. Once empty, clean and refill or dispose of the shell in compost.
